The order was initially accepted at 10:37am then it was delivered at 11:31am.

I received an Iced White Mocha instead of the hot version I ordered. Also, the Donut was warmed, which shouldn’t have been done. The mocha filling is supposed to stay as is. Its, watery and melted😒

WORST SB! They didn’t read the instructions given. I order daily SB, first time trying it on SM Las Piñas. It ain’t Starbucks, if they didn’t do your order right. Get your SB somewhere else.
