Same cheap lid being used if you drink, the packaging tape could not hold the droplits when you arw drinking

Packaging somewhat not secure when i drink the coffee its dripping over my shirt. You are using cheap lid cover. With packaging tape not holding it

I order this because there is whipped cream but upon receiving it, there's none and I paid same amount. They did not even message or notify if whipped cream is available or not.

the hot chocolate is not sealed properly we just receive less than half of the hot chocolate

I ordered with 75% sugar level, but it tastes too bitter, almost like there’s no sugar at all. It’s quite different from my previous order with 50% sugar level, which had a slight sweetness to it.

i ordered a drink and it came without a straw. this shouldnt happening - it's basic and expected. Please fix this for next time
