The food was good. However, since no cutlery or bowl was provided, we had a hard time finding things to use to eat it—especially while in the hospital and the food was pack on a plastic.

A single batchoy order, took about 35 mins to prepare. Thats kinda long to wait.

Disappointed with my batchoy. It came in a plastic bag not a container. Hard to eat, esp for hotel guests without bowls or utensils. Pls improve packaging.
