I upsized, and my vietnamese latte was not as much as my other upsized order.

3/4 full lang ang laman ng upsize nila. second time na nangyari kahit nagnote na kami during order. hays ..

Hindi malasahan ung caramel at vanilla, sobrang tapang coffee.

Hindi puno yung cup. Hindi ata standard ang pagkakasukat sa drink. Sa ibang pick up coffee ok naman.

Still not reading instructions!!! We said no sugar but still tastes sweet. We asked for additional auro chocolate but they did not follow instructions.

Matamis padin kahit sinabi na less sweet. Nakailang order na kami na ganito hindi nasusunod ung instructions. Inconsistent lasa minsan tama timpla madalas hindi.

The instructions were not followed. The “no whipped cream” option was CLEARLY selected, but whipped cream was still added.
