The rice was half-cooked

Placed an order for 6pm, expecting to get the food on time. Turns out they still cook it and I need to wait for 10mins.

Placed order at 3pm for pickup at 6pm. Arrived there at 6.10pm, the food wasn’t ready and the excuse was they didn’t hear the sound of the order. This is the last time ordering food from Marugame.

I placed order for pickup at 18.00, turns out they’re still preparing it when I came to the store. Clearly they didn’t read the details of my order. This is the second time. Disappointing

Failed to include one of our orders,, though the food tasted good as usual

ask for chili flakes but didn't put one. the paoer bag was wet when it arrived. delivery took too long.
