placed order 7:10 pm, order started to be prepared at 7:59pm. order arrived 8:10pm. I wanted to cancel but unfortunately they started preparing the order. good taste but why is the order so delayed?

They delivered the wrong order. I ordered a penne tuna pasta but they delivered a carbonarra with bacon. The portions are small too.
