We’ve ordered a couple of times already from you and each time some of your cups for an order spills. At times the order becomes messy.

Too much ice and it wasn't fully filled

ordered iced matcha oatmilk but received something else. with no indication as to what this drink is

Ordered 1 iced matcha w/ boba and 1 iced matcha w/o boba but they sent us 2 orders of iced matcha both w/o boba. Please be mindful of our orders next time because we have paid extra for the sinkers

Order arrived almost 1 hour and coffee taste is not there

Wait time is almost an hour. The ice already melted. The sea salt foam was gone

They gave the wrong order to the delivery guy at first. When asked to return, the delivery guy said that the vendor got mad which is so not right since it was not his complete responsibility.
