why is it so hard for this place to cut the chicken?

subrang dry na, wala ng lasa yung chicken, meron man binawi na lng sa nilalagay na sauce or juice nung chicken, di na kahaya ng dati na hanggang laman yung lasa , tapos sana auto chop na yung chicken

I always ask for extra sauce and this time I got o sauce at all. It was dry as a bone. Very disappointed.
