The Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Cream Cheese was delicious. The chocolate tastes like Milo. It's really creamy but I couldn't taste the pistachio that much.

I don't know why, but the normal sugar option tastes bland. It’s like I'm drinking ice water with sugar. The pearls taste good, though!

I choose the normal sugar though, yet it says here 100% oohh my - anyway

They are not following the request for less ice. it has the same volume with the normal ice with the other item we have.

Sent the wrong item. Ordered Hojicha Milk Tea and received a Hojicha Mousse

The roasted milk tea with normal sugar has ZERO sugar, barely there sweetness. The Hojicha mousse with 70% sugar was overly sweet.

they forgot my add on - pearls. i paid extra for that

I ordered for additional pearl on my thai milk tea but you did not put any pearl on it. Please double check orders next time so you can give what the customers have paid for.
