the products is good, but the cover of the cup is not sealed properly.

everything was good but kani takoyaki is like the same with the regular vegie one. It barely tasted like kani.

I commend this shop/restaurant specifically this branch for confirming thru a call that an order is unavailable. The staff who called me was also kind during the call so I applaud him for that <3

the sauce for the siomai is a little sweet. pls lessen or at least make an option for sweet or not. overall, its good.

The siomai is not fried.. I have been always ordering japanese siomai as fried.

Na-appreciate gyud nako ilang staff kay honest kaayo. Gitawagan gyud ko to tell me na naubusan sila ug keto cream cheese; non-keto lang available. Kaya lang, way lami ang quesadilla diri na branch.

The delivery delay incident was unexpected and I understand that it may not be the store’s fault, however, reheating the takobits and refrigerating the drinks is a common sense. Disappointing.

we usually order sa bonifacio na store but they’re closed. and we were disappointed dito na shop kay ang kunti lang ng mayo and some of the takobits walang octopus and unti lang yung veggies☹️☹️☹️
