Jerryvale7/19/2026ordered tera mix but received such a small portion. It is half-full on a tera container. Our previous order was significantly bigger compared to this. It's also dry (room tempt.) and w/ less powder.
Hannah9/23/2026Restaurant didn’t follow special instructions/request.
Cyrus9/14/2026I do not know why but the flavors i’ve chosen (Tera fries) are not the ones I received! There should be 3 flavors, but got only 1. Did not receive any calls for replacement if they were unavailable.
Nino8/21/2026Rude staff. Prepared our order 20mins past the pick-up time. Server said they didnt see its a pick-up order so they were waiting to see a rider at the counter as if we didnt approach them on time.
Kaylee7/17/2026They gave the wrong order. I ordered tera mix not the ordinary tera.
Erzschelle7/2/2026I specifically instructed I didnt want any flavors but i still got three flavors on the fries.
