The first one took 40 min or so to cancel! I could see him parked less than 500 meters from my pick up point.. yet he didn’t notify me sooner that he wanted to cancel.

i think shake shack needs to improve on the speed of prrparing the food panda orders. it took them one hour to prepare my order which is just good for one person.

Horrible driver not ansewering to messages on app and not able to speak english. We did not get the drinks requested and the fries arrivee very cold. The deiver harrased us with messages after delivery.

The driver lacks sanitation.
His motorbike has no compartment and his foodpanda bag seems small.
We ordered burgers fries and shakes from Shack-shack.
The shakes were placed in his foodpanda bag, but the box containing the burgers and fries is placed between his feet at the motorbike's flooring(where drivers place their feet).
The box have large holes at the side exposing the food.
So in common sense our food was exposed both to his feet, the dusts in his motorbike's flooring, and let's not forget other particles(dusts, water drops from puddles) from the road.
This is insanely unsanitary for a food we bought costing more than 1000php.
Disgusting. But it's so hassle to ask for replacement as how can I trust the quality again if the same kind of driver with same handling idea will be bringing our food.

there was a mix up in the delivery. I ended up getting a neighbor’s order. Driver called ahead before arriving. I came down and got the food thinking it was mine. But it was somebody else’s order. My driver should have called when he arrived not when he was on his way. The other driver should have asked for my name (but what are the chances?).

Horrible service from either Food Panda or Shake Shack in terms of timing. We ore ordered the food at 10:00am, asking for the delivery at 11:30 am,... every time it said 5 min remaining, the time changes to 11-13 min more and this happened two times. at the end it got delivered at 12:06 pm, but we were in a hurry already by then.

The order was incomplete. The app doesn’t provide any way to communicate a problem with the vendor. The rider, Mario Gonzales, was very patient and tried to help me resolve the problem. I ended by calling Shake Shack because the app is pretty useless in this regard. SS was very nice about sending the missing items.
