So this the main problem that i always encountered whe ordering in ths restaurant. They prepare the orders late instead fof 30min as stated on thr tracker it always end up an hour and more 10 min of waiting. Please try to improve that.

After almost an hour of waiting, the first thing I noticed upon delivery was my order was in a plastic bag. Why are you still using plastic bags?? I also specified not to put plastic spoon/fork but you still added those. Let's try to minimize plastic usage shall we?
Nothing special with the food tbh. Serving wasn't worth it. And really?? A watery gravy for fish fillet?guuurl use garlic mayo dip😂 And if you're craving for fries, just buy from the fries stations in the side walk mas sulit pa.

I ordered the food at 5:15 pm. It was released and picked-up at 6:59 pm. It was delivered at around 8:24 pm. More than 3 hours.

Ang tagal ko hinintay yung order ko. Took an hour bago dumating. Akala ko pa man din bagong luto pero pagkadating, malamig na nga yung food, oily pa. 🤦🤦 But the latte was great actually.

Food was good. Serving was proportionate to the price, it was actually quite cheap since it was 40% off when we ordered. Packaging needs improvement though, it was in insulated paper box however if the food has sauce or oily it leaks.

The hot choco totally spilled out of the cup and went into the plastic..and I dont think that's the rider's fault coz intact ung cover ng cup..the thing is BUTAS UNG CUP from the bottom..I hope next time you check your packaging..overall, food is delicious..my kid loves the waffles..
