rider claimed he called but I was unreachable. had my phone with me the entire time. no text no call from anyone from foodpanda. he also claimed foodpanda called me but I did not receive the call. not my fault. had my fone with me the entire time. so easy to prove since it would’ve been in the call log. blame pldt, smart, or globe. found him 2 houses away from my place. my address and location are properly and specifically written in the app with all the landmarks. he couldn’t even find my house which is by the roadside. then he starts mumbling about me being unreachable and it’s hot outside and he git tired of waiting. first of all it wasn’t my fault I didn’t get his text or call if he did send or make one. second of all, had he found my house which was very easy to find he wouldn’t be waiting under the hot sun as he claimed. ridiculous.
