Their donuts are always good. Especially when their hot. As a personal preference, I love it better when it's aged for a few days. Reason for the low rating is for foodpanda. The service was horrible. Luckily they recovered with an extra box to show for their sincerity. Thanks for that

I ordered 1 dozen of doughnuts but when i received the box, 2 doughnuts were missing, so i reported it.. They said they will give me the missing doughnuts later that day.. And they did and unexpectedly they went to my unit to apologize and gave half dozen box of doughnuts.. It was my first time ordering, i was disappointed at first and i said i will not deliver food from them anymore but what they did was so awesome and i greatly appreciate what they did that ill still be ordering from them for sure..
