When you place an order using a card linked to your foodpanda account, you will receive refunds into your pandapay wallet.

Note that we can only process refunds into your pandapay for payments made via a card linked to your account.

If your order gets cancelled, then you will see this screen as confirmation.

Once we have added the refund to your pandapay balance, you will see this screen. Please allow a few moments for the refund to be processed to your pandapay after seeing the cancellation screen.

By default, all refunds will be credited into your pandapay wallet.

To transfer the refund to your original payment method, select “Transfer to your original payment method” to process.
