The food took so long to be prepared. The rider said he had to wait a long time for the restaurant to cook the food and I believe him because the food was still hot when we got it. Good thing was food panda was very responsive to my complaints.

Waiting is okay special there's a lot of people who other too but sometimes include some cautions or warnings that the food will be that long too wait. It's only an update for the waiting/delivery time. It says there "30-40 mins" but we waited around 1 hr and 41 mins. Thank you.

Food was alright a bit salty. The rider was very nice and informed us that there was an item taht is not available so it was exchanged, the price still the same and rider informed me that it is still a new restaurant partnered with them recently so I understood it.
