Driver was rude and annoyed at me even though it was his mistake in not reading the address correctly. He even said it was my fault! First time I had a rider like this when using FoodPanda.

The lemonade spilled all over the plastic bag. My popcorn got soaking wet. I had to salvage the dry ones ended up with just half of the bag. Would've been less disappointed if it weren't my favorite popcorn. 😑

I pre ordered for 11am. Got my order at 12pm. Rider doesn’t respond to messages except once. Unprofessional. Pre ordering is a waste of time when it won’t arrive on the said time
