I requested All 3 orders to have only 50% sugar but all three are still very sweet. Also my milktea, didn’t taste as good. Must be because of the overcooked pearls

parang hindi sour cream ang fries. its almost plain fries with asin. i hope di tipirin ang flavor ng fries. compared to other resto, your price doesn’t fit to its taste. but the rest (nachos and milktea) is good

I specified no sugar on my order but it was still very sweet. You could have called to confirm what you can put or not because I knew it would still be kind of sweet since it has whipped cream. However, it tasted like a large order of diabetes. I'm not even sure if you read the note. Pls consider revising your menu like Infinitea. Starbox does not have the same comprehensive menu as them and they are not as expensive as you but they make sure to call and do not just assume what the customer wants. Not gonna order here again.
