1 onion, sliced thinly
2 cloves of garlic, minced
230g of shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 carrot, cut into thin pieces
12 green beans, ends trimmed and cut into thin pieces
455g of bean sprouts
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions
Heat the oil in a large wok over high heat, add the sliced onions and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
Add the shrimp,and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the fish sauce and cook for 1 minute.
Add the carrots and green beans, and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the bean sprouts, and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
Lastly, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Substitutes
