Ingredients

  • 55g of butter
  • 1 tbsp of cooking oil
  • 455g of shrimp, head and shell removed and deveined
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 220g of green peas
  • 1 carrot, cubed
  • 115g of ham, minced
  • 190ml of water
  • 20 quail eggs, boiled and peeled
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 120ml of heavy whipping cream
  • 180g of singkamas, cubed8
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp of pepper

Directions

  • In a pan over medium heat, add butter and oil.
  • Add the shrimps and sauté on each side for a minute. Remove and set aside.
  • Add the onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Toss in the green peas, carrot, and ham. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Pour in the water and bring it to a boil for a minute.
  • Add quail eggs and the cooked shrimp. Stir to mix.
  • Pour in the cream of mushroom and heavy whipping cream. Mix until well combined.
  • Add singkamas and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately!

Fresh Quail Eggs
