Tender beef stir-fried in a blend of Worcestershire sauce, butter, and garlic, salpicao makes an excellent quick meal that you can whip up in under 30 minutes. Ingredients
55ml of olive oil
1 head of garlic, pounded
700g of beef tenderloin, cubed
1 tsp of salt
½ tsp of black pepper
5 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
3 tbsp of butter

Directions
In a pan over medium-low heat, add olive oil.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Remove the fried garlic and oil and set them aside separately.
Combine the cubed beef, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic-infused olive oil in a bowl. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
In another pan over medium heat, add the marinated beef cubes and sear until brown on all sides.
Pour in the oyster sauce and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add the remaining butter and sautéed garlic. Cook until the liquid reduces and completely evaporates.
Serve immediately!
Marinating the Beef Overnight
If you’re in a rush, keep the marinating time for this salpicao recipe at a minimum of 10 minutes before cooking. For the best results and taste, leave it to marinate overnight to allow the flavours to infuse and intensify.
