60g of butter
65ml of soy sauce
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
6 pieces of pork butt steaks

Directions
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Pour in soy sauce and mix to combine.
Add in chopped green onions and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Carefully place the pork steaks in the pan, cover, and cook for 10 minutes each on both sides.
Remove the lid and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Transfer to a serving platter and serve!
