What is pandapro?
pandapro is a subscription program that allows you to receive exclusive deals and benefits on food delivery, groceries, pickup, dine-in and more.
What are my pandapro benefits?
You will receive three types of benefits as part of your subscription plan.
- Free Delivery - Unlimited free delivery benefits provide you free deliveries (capped at PhP59) (with a minimum order of P350 for restaurants and PhP999 for Shops and pandamart), which are automatically applied at checkout once conditions are met.
- Pick-up Discounts - Discount benefits provide you unlimited extra 5% off your Pick-up orders (with no minimum purchase amount), which is automatically applied at checkout once conditions are met. Discount benefits cannot be combined with existing discounts on the foodpanda platform, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change the subscription benefits on pandapro at any time. Any benefit changes to your pandapro subscription will be communicated to you with reasonable notice in advance through posting on our App, e-mail or any other way of communication we deem appropriate, whereby benefit changes will take effect after four weeks from date of notification, if not communicated otherwise.
How do my benefits apply to my App orders?
The application of benefits shall be as follows for orders made via the App:
Free delivery:
- Unlimited free delivery (capped at PhP49) is applicable for restaurants only.
- Delivery fees will be automatically reduced on the checkout once conditions are met.
- Your free delivery will be refunded in case there is an order cancellation.
Discounts:
- Discounts will be auto-applied on the menu and checkout. No coupon code required.
Vouchers:
- Vouchers provide you a fixed number of deductions from the total merchandise value.
- Limited number of vouchers will be issued on every billing cycle per the plan stated.
- The voucher should be selected before you place the order. Click on "Do you have a voucher" on the checkout page to apply a voucher on the given order.
- Voucher will be refunded in case there is an order cancellation.
- You can check the current and past vouchers issued from "My vouchers" under your profile.
How do I use my pandapro benefits?
Upon subscription, all your benefits will be automatically applied for you at checkout, hassle-free! You can also check your remaining benefits at any time. Simply go to your account and click "Subscription".
When am I eligible to use my pandapro benefits?
You will be eligible to utilize your pandapro benefits once your order meets the minimum order amount specified in your plan.
How and when can I cancel my pandapro plan?
You can cancel your subscription anytime, and the cancellation will be effective on the day following the end of your subscription period. To cancel your subscription, go to your account under “Subscription” and tap on “I would like to unsubscribe”. Once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to be able to use your benefits until the end of your subscription period.
When will I be billed?
We will bill you for the entire plan value as soon as you choose a plan and provide us with your payment information. Your plan will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period, unless cancelled.
Can I get a refund after I sign up?
We will not make any refunds or prorated reimbursements for subscriptions cancelled prior to the end of your current subscription period.
Can I still use other promo codes on top of my plan benefits?
Yes! You can use other vouchers or promo codes in addition to your pandapro free delivery (capped at PhP59) and Pick-Up discount benefits, as long as you are eligible per the minimum order amount stated in your plan.
On which platform can I use pandapro?
You can use your foodpanda mobile app to subscribe, and you can use your benefits through the foodpanda mobile app and website.
How can I sign up to pandapro?
pandapro is now available for all! To sign up, just update your app, go to your ‘Profile’ and look for ‘Become a pro’. Check out all the awesome perks and click ‘Subscribe now’. Add your chosen payment method details and you’re in!
PANDAPRO TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. pandapro
1.1 pandapro is a subscription programme implemented by Delivery Hero Philippines, Inc. (“foodpanda”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By subscribing to a pandapro plan, you will receive Monthly Perks (as defined below) to be used on the foodpanda website and mobile application (“Platform”).
1.2 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your pandapro subscription with foodpanda.
2. Eligibility
2.1 pandapro is available to all customers to sign up. For Free Trials, please refer to the section titled “Free Trial” below on eligibility criteria. For more information on how to sign up, please refer to your pandapro invite or check the “Become a pandapro” tab in your mobile application.
2.2 For corporate users, please contact your organisation for more information on your eligibility and subscription plan.
3. Add-to-Cart Function
3.1 You may be invited to subscribe to pandapro while viewing items you have already selected from the Platform in your cart (the “Order”), by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button (the “Add-to-Cart Function”). Such subscription to pandapro through the Add-to-Cart Function may entitle you to Monthly Perks on the Order. If you are subscribing to pandapro via the Add-to-Cart Function, this clause 3, and clauses 8 to 15 below, will be applicable to you. Clauses 4 to 7 will not be applicable to you.
3.2 You will be notified of the subscription fee payable at the time of subscription for all available plans applicable to the Add-to-Cart Function. Payment of the subscription fee will be made upfront, together with payment for the Order by: (a) a credit card or debit card registered under your name; or (b) any other form of payment method accepted by foodpanda from time to time.
3.3 You warrant that you are duly authorized to pay the subscription fee using the selected payment method, without infringement of any third-party rights.
3.4 You understand and agree that foodpanda is not liable in any way for erroneous billing statements or incorrect charges, and that in the event of a billing error that is caused by foodpanda, our only responsibility is to correct such billing error or incorrect charges within a reasonable time of us receiving notice of the error.
3.5 Once the subscription fee has been successfully paid to foodpanda, it is non-refundable.
3.6 Your pandapro subscription period is based on the plan period selected during signup and will continue until the expiry of such period unless it is cancelled or terminated in accordance with this clause 3. Your pandapro subscription plan will not be automatically renewed if you have subscribed to pandapro using the Add-to-Cart function. If, however, you update your Payment Method (as defined below) during specified billing cycle, your pandapro subscription plan will be automatically renewed into the then-current subscription plan. In such situation, clause 4 will apply. You must cancel your plan before the expiration of the specified billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged at the then-current Subscription Fee.
3.7 You will gain access to your pandapro subscription plan and Monthly Perks only after successful delivery of the Order, and after you have successfully paid the subscription fee and complied with all other applicable requirements to register an account on the Platform. If the Order is not successfully delivered, your pandapro subscription plan will not come into effect.
3.8 Your Monthly Perks can only be used for orders made via the Platform in the Philippines. All Monthly Perks will be credited to your account on a monthly basis and will expire at the end of each month. For the avoidance of doubt, the meaning of “monthly” and “month” in this clause shall be based on the date on which your pandapro subscription comes into effect. Hence, if your pandapro subscription comes into effect on 5th July, your Monthly Perks will be credited to your account on 5th July, and will expire on 4th August, and so on. All vouchers issued must be used before expiration. No extensions shall be granted.
3.9 foodpanda may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer Surprise Perks (as defined below). Any such Surprise Perks shall apply only during the specified billing cycle. At the end of the specified billing cycle, you may not be entitled to the Surprise Perks.
3.10 Your plan is non-transferrable and you shall not share it with other users.
3.11 The exact type of Monthly Perks that you will receive will be as stated at the time of subscription, and may be revised from time to time. Further information about the Monthly Perks may be found under the pandapro subscription page on the Platform.
3.12 You may cancel your plan at any time by accessing the unsubscribe link in your account. If you encounter any issues, you may also reach out to our customer service through the Help Centre available on the Platform to cancel your plan.
3.13 Once you cancel your plan, you will still continue to be able to use your benefits until the end of the subscription period.
3.14 foodpanda will not make any partial or full reimbursements for subscriptions cancelled prior to the expiry of the subscription period.
3.15 foodpanda may at its sole and absolute discretion terminate your plan if we become aware or strongly believe that you have breached these Terms.
4. Payment
4.1 You will be notified of the subscription fee payable at the time of subscription for all available plans (“Subscription Fee”).
4.2 Payment of the Subscription Fee will be made by: (a) a credit card or debit card registered under your name; or (b) any other form of payment method accepted by foodpanda from time to time (each a “Payment Method”).
4.3 In respect of the billing cycle:
- (a) For the monthly plan, your plan has a billing cycle of one (1) month.
(b) For the yearly or half-yearly plan (or such other duration as may be available), your billing cycle will start from the date of your subscription where upfront payment will be made.
4.4 Your pandapro subscription period is based on the plan period selected during signup and will be automatically renewed at the end of your billing cycle unless it is cancelled or terminated in accordance with these Terms. You can sign up at any time during the month, for example:
- (a) If you sign up for a monthly plan on the 5th of July, your subscription will renew on the 4th of August of that year, and you will be billed on the 5th of August, and so on.
(b) If you sign up for a half-yearly plan on 5th of July, your subscription will renew on the 4th of January of the following year, and you will be billed on the 5th of January, and so on.
4.5 By subscribing to pandapro, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into an auto-renewal subscription agreement. For avoidance of any doubt, this means that foodpanda will first bill you for the Subscription Fee on the date that you subscribe for your plan. Thereafter, foodpanda will automatically charge the Subscription Fee using the Payment Method on the last day of the subscription, until and unless you cancel your plan before it is renewed, change your Payment Method or foodpanda suspends or terminates pandapro in accordance with these Terms.
4.6 You are responsible for ensuring that your Payment Method and information is current and correct. If foodpanda is unable to debit your Payment Method on any date a Subscription Fee is due, whether because of insufficient funds or otherwise, your pandapro subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will need to subscribe again in order to receive the Monthly Perks.
4.7 You understand and agree that foodpanda is not liable in any way for erroneous billing statements or incorrect charges, and that in the event of a billing error that is caused by foodpanda, our only responsibility is to correct such billing error within a reasonable time of us receiving notice of the error.
4.8 You warrant that you are duly authorized to pay the Subscription Fee using the Payment Method, without infringement of any third-party rights.
4.9 Once a Subscription Fee has been successfully paid to foodpanda, it is non-refundable.
4.10 foodpanda may offer Surprise Perks (as defined below), discounts, promotions or other forms of preferential pricing on the pandapro subscription from time to time. Such benefits and/or preferential pricing shall apply only during the specified billing cycle, as stated in our communications to you. At the end of the specified billing cycle, you shall be automatically charged the then-current Subscription Fee for your plan. You must cancel your plan before the expiration of the specified billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged at the then-current Subscription Fee.
4.11 foodpanda reserves the right, exercisable in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust the Subscription Fee at any time. foodpanda will announce any changes to the Subscription Fee in accordance with the amendment procedure set out below. Unless communicated otherwise, price adjustments shall take effect on the next billing cycle.
4.12 If you are subscribing to pandapro via the Add-to-Cart Function (as defined above), this clause 4 will not be applicable to you. If you are a Free Trial User, this clause 4 will also not be applicable to you.
5. Monthly Perks
5.1 You will gain access to your Monthly Perks only after you have successfully paid the Subscription Fee or Post Free Trial Subscription Fee (as defined in the section titled “Free Trial” below) and complied with all other applicable requirements to register an account on the Platform. For Free Trials, you will not be required pay a subscription fee during the Free Trial Period and you will gain access to your pandapro benefits after you have complied with all other applicable requirements for Free Trials.
5.2 The exact type of Monthly Perks that you will receive will be as stated at the time of subscription, and may be revised from time to time. Any such revisions shall only take effect on the next billing cycle and will be communicated to you by foodpanda from time to time. Further information about the Monthly Perks may be found under the pandapro subscription page on the Platform.
5.3 Your Monthly Perks can only be used for orders made via the Platform in the Philippines. All core monthly perks (“Monthly Perks”) will be credited to your account on a monthly basis and such Monthly Perks will expire at the end of your billing cycle. For the avoidance of doubt, the meaning of “monthly” and “month” in this clause shall be based on the date on which your pandapro subscription comes into effect. Hence, if your pandapro subscription comes into effect on 5th July, your Monthly Perks will be credited to your account on 5th July, and will expire on 4th August, and so on. All vouchers issued must be used before expiration. No extensions shall be granted.
5.4 foodpanda may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer additional discounts, promotions, bonus rewards or other forms of preferential pandapro perks to eligible customers from time to time (“Surprise Perks”). The use of any such Surprise Perks is subject to its then-current terms and conditions stated therein.
5.5 Your plan is non-transferrable and you shall not share your Monthly Perks and Surprise Perks (as the case may be) with other users.
5.6 If you are subscribing to pandapro via the Add-to-Cart Function (as defined above), this clause 5 will not be applicable to you.
5.7 For the avoidance of doubt, if you have subscribed to a pandapro plan before 4 December 2023, you will continue to receive the perks of your current billing cycle until the end of such cycle.
6. Cancellation / Termination
6.1 You can cancel your plan at any time by accessing the unsubscribe link in your account. If you are a Free Trial User, you may cancel your plan at any time by accessing the “Cancel Free Trial” link. If you encounter any issues, you may also reach out to our customer service through the Help Centre available on the Platform to cancel your plan.
6.2 Once you cancel your plan, you will continue to be able to use your benefits until the end of your then-current billing cycle. Your auto-renewal subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the then-current billing cycle. If you are a Free Trial User and cancel your plan during the Free Trial, your benefits will cease immediately upon cancellation.
6.3 Except as provided below, foodpanda will not make any partial or full reimbursements for subscriptions cancelled prior to the end of your current billing cycle. However, we may, at our sole discretion, allow a one-time refund for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the subscription charge, provided that no pandapro benefits (including but not limited to pro vouchers, pro deals, or delivery fee reductions) have been used. This one-time leniency is subject to verification and is not guaranteed.
6.4 foodpanda may at its sole and absolute discretion terminate your plan if we become aware or strongly believe that you have breached these Terms.
6.5 If you are subscribing to pandapro via the Add-to-Cart Function (as defined above), this clause 6 will not be applicable to you.
7. Free Trial
7.1 From time to time, we may offer a free trial subscription of pandapro (“Free Trial”) to some users, which eligibility shall be determined in our sole discretion. This free trial subscription shall be for a fixed period (“Free Trial Period”). Eligible users for the Free Trial (“Eligible Users”) shall not be required to make payment for pandapro subscription during the Free Trial Period. The benefits of pandapro accompanying the Free Trial shall be notified to the Eligible User when the Eligible User signs up for the Free Trial (each a “Free Trial User”).
7.2 If you are a Free Trial User, clause 4 above will not be applicable to you.
7.3 During the Free Trial Period, you may choose to renew your pandapro subscription after the Free Trial Period through the “Manage Subscriptions” page. Renewing your pandapro subscription after the Free Trial Period means that you will be required to pay the applicable subscription fee at the point of choosing to renew your pandapro subscription (which shall be the subscription fee offered to you upon subscription to the Free Trial or, if you choose a separate pandapro subscription plan through the “Manage Subscriptions” page, the subscription fee for that plan) (“Post Free Trial Subscription Fee”). Payment of the Post Free Trial Subscription Fee will be made by: (a) a credit card or debit card registered under your name; or (b) any other form of payment method accepted by foodpanda from time to time.
7.4 If you do not cancel your pandapro subscription prior to the end of the Free Trial Period, your pandapro subscription will automatically renew and you shall be required to pay the Post Free Trial Subscription Fee (which shall be charged to the payment method linked to your account). If you do not want to automatically pay the subscription fee, you must cancel your subscription during the Free Trial Period.
7.5 The Post Free Trial Subscription Fee billing cycle will start from the date after the Free Trial Period expires, and;
(a) For the monthly plan, your plan has a billing cycle of one (1) month.
(b) For the quarterly or half-yearly plan (or such other duration as may be available), your billing cycle will be for such duration.
7.6 Your pandapro subscription period will be automatically renewed at the end of your billing cycle unless it is cancelled or terminated in accordance with these Terms.
7.7 You acknowledge and agree that if you choose to renew your pandapro subscription after the Free Trial Period in accordance with clause 7.3 or if you do not cancel your pandapro subscription prior to the end of the Free Trial Period in accordance with clause 7.4, you shall enter into an auto-renewal subscription agreement. For avoidance of any doubt, this means that foodpanda will first bill you for the Post Free Trial Subscription Fee on the date after the Free Trial Period expires (unless you have already paid the Post Free Trial Subscription Fee pursuant to clause 7.3). Thereafter, foodpanda will automatically charge the Post Free Trial Subscription Fee on the last day of the then-current billing cycle, until and unless you cancel your plan or foodpanda suspends or terminates pandapro in accordance with these Terms.
7.8 You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used to pay for the Post Free Trial Subscription Fee (“Post Free Trial Payment Method”) and information is current and correct. If foodpanda is unable to debit such Post Free Trial Payment Method on any date a Post Free Trial Subscription Fee is due, whether because of insufficient funds or otherwise, your pandapro subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will need to subscribe again in order to receive the pandapro benefits.
7.9 You understand and agree that foodpanda is not liable in any way for erroneous billing statements or incorrect charges, and that in the event of a billing error that is caused by foodpanda, our only responsibility is to correct such billing error within a reasonable time of us receiving notice of the error.
7.10 You warrant that you are duly authorized to pay the Post Free Trial Subscription Fee using the Post Free Trial Payment Method, without infringement of any third-party rights.
7.11 Once a Post Free Trial Subscription Fee has been successfully paid to foodpanda, it is non-refundable.
7.12 foodpanda may offer discounts, promotions or other forms of preferential pricing on the pandapro subscription from time to time. Such preferential pricing shall apply only during the specified period, as stated in our communications to you. At the end of the specified period, you shall be automatically charged the then-current Post Free Trial Subscription Fee for your plan. You must cancel your plan before the expiration of the specified period if you do not wish to be charged at the then-current Post Free Trial Subscription Fee.
7.13 foodpanda reserves the right, exercisable in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust the Post Free Trial Subscription Fee at any time. foodpanda will announce any changes to the Post Free Trial Subscription Fee in accordance with the amendment procedure set out below. Unless communicated otherwise, price adjustments shall take effect on the next billing cycle.
7.14 foodpanda reserves the right to withdraw the benefits of the Free Trial or modify the terms of the Free Trial at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, including if foodpanda suspects that a user is misusing or abusing the Free Trial or is involved in and/or committed any fraudulent activity.
7.15 If you are subscribing to pandapro via the Add-to-Cart Function (as defined above), this clause 7 will not be applicable to you.
8. Amendment
8.1 foodpanda reserves the right to change or modify these Terms (including the Monthly Perks, Surprise Perks and the Subscription Fee) at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
8.2 foodpanda shall notify you of any changes to these Terms by email or other means set out in the notice clause (Clause 9). The changes shall become effective seven (7) calendar days from the notification.
8.3 If you do not accept the changes, your only option is to cancel your plan before the changes come into effect. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, your continued subscription after the changes come into effect constitutes your full acceptance of, and agreement to be legally bound by these Terms, as modified, and such changes to the Monthly Perks or your pandapro subscription as may be communicated to you by foodpanda from time to time.
9. Notice
9.1 To ensure that you receive information regarding your plan, pandapro and these Terms from foodpanda in a timely manner, you agree that foodpanda has the right to notify you by any one of the following means: your contact methods (phone, email, text messaging etc.), message notification, push notifications and in-app notifications.
9.2 Any such notification will be deemed to have been delivered to you on the date it was sent by foodpanda. If multiple notification methods are used simultaneously, the delivery time will be deemed to be the date and time of the earliest notification.
10. Liability
10.1 To the extent permitted by law, foodpanda, its agents, representatives and service providers shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage including loss of business, revenue or profits, or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your pandapro subscription. Your exclusive remedy with respect to your pandapro subscription is to discontinue your subscription.
11. Application of Platform Terms
11.1 The terms and conditions relating to the use of the Platform shall continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein. A copy of the Platform terms and conditions may be accessed in the foodpanda app or on our website.
12. Privacy Policy
12.1 Any collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data will be in accordance with foodpanda’s privacy policy, a copy of which may be accessed in the foodpanda app or on our website.
13. Governing law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to its conflict of law rules.
13.2 Any dispute, claim or difference of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Philippines.
14. General
14.1 These Terms are solely for your and our benefit and are not for the benefit of any other person or entity, except for our affiliates and subsidiaries (and each of our and their affiliates' and subsidiaries' respective successors and assigns).
14.2 These Terms supersede any previous agreement between us and constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to its subject matter to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, and any prior written or oral agreement between us.
14.3 Unless otherwise stated, your and our rights and remedies under these Terms are cumulative and do not exclude any other right or remedy provided under applicable laws.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or shall be deemed to, establish any partnership or joint venture between us, nor make you or us the agent of one another for any purpose.
14.5 foodpanda reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
14.6 You may not assign, sublicense or transfer any rights granted to you hereunder or subcontract any of your obligations.
14.7 If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you or that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive any rights, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any right related to any later default by you.
14.8 In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
15. Prevailing Language
15.1 In the event of a dispute as to the Terms, the English version shall prevail. The English language version of these Terms shall control in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions.
