Ingredients

  • 60ml of fresh calamansi juice
  • 1 tsp of fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp of cilantro, chopped
  • 400g of cream dory fillets
  • 1 tsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions

  • Combine calamansi juice, fish sauce, and cilantro in a bowl.
  • Arrange the cream dory fillets in a small tray and drizzle half of the sauce over the top. Marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  • In a pan over medium heat, add oil and butter.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the cream dory fillets and cook for 5 minutes initially, before flipping them over and cooking for another 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and drizzle the remaining sauce over the fillets. Serve immediately.
