Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 445ml of whole milk ricotta
  • 140g of smoked salmon, sliced thinly
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 2 sprigs of mint leaves
  • 2 radishes, sliced thinly
  • 6 quail eggs, hard-boiled and sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp of fresh chives, chopped
  • 65g of blueberries, halved
  • 65g of strawberries, sliced
  • 65g of cherries, pitted and halved
  • 60ml of honey

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  • Cut the baguette into ½-inch slices.
  • Pop the baguettes into the oven to toast for 3 minutes.
  • Remove them from the oven.
  • Spread ricotta evenly on each slice of baguette.
  • Add your toppings according to these pairings for the best taste: salmon with dill, cucumbers with mint, radishes with dill, hard-boiled quail eggs with chives, and all the fruits with a drizzle of honey.
  • Transfer to a plate and serve!
