Ingredients
910g of ground beef
35g of panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
30ml of Worcestershire sauce
30ml of milk
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
½ tsp of black pepper
Equipment
1 large bowl
1 knife
Wax paper
1 pan
Directions
Add ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Using your hands, mix until well combined and smooth.
With a knife, divide the meat into 6 equal portions and shape them into patties before placing them on wax paper.
In a pan over medium heat, grill the patties for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Assemble your burger with the patties and your preferred toppings and serve!
Keep Them for Future Use
You can always make this burger patty recipe in advance and keep it for future meals or for when you’re craving hamburgers. Any extra patties that you have should be wrapped tightly in cling wrap or placed in an airtight container. It can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for a maximum of 3 months.
