Ingredients
2kg of young coconut, shredded
1 can of fruit cocktail or tropical fruit mix, drained
1 can of pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can of sweet corn kernels, drained
1 bottle of palm fruit, drained
1 bottle of nata de coco, drained
208g of Eden or Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of all-purpose cream

1 stainless steel coconut scraper
1 large bowl
1 spoon or spatula
Directions
Shred the young coconut meat with a stainless steel coconut scraper.
Combine the shredded coconut, fruit cocktail, pineapple tidbits, sweet corn kernels, palm fruit, nata de coco, cheese cubes, condensed milk, and all-purpose cream in a large bowl. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
