Terms and Conditions
1. New Principal Credit Card customers (“Customers”) who apply for any of the following BPI Credit Cards through the BPI link found in the foodpanda website or app will get a FREE pandapro subscription for each approved application:
- Blue Mastercard
- Petron-BPI Mastercard
- Edge Mastercard
- Amore Cashback
- Gold Mastercard
- Amore Platinum Cashback
- Platinum Rewards Cashback
- Visa Signature
For avoidance of doubt, New Principal Credit Card Customers shall mean customers who do not have an existing BPI credit card or BPI credit card application/s submitted in the last six (6) months.
2. Offer is valid from May 22 – July 23, 2023.
3. Offer is valid only for those who apply through the BPI link found in the foodpanda website or app and get their BPI Credit Cards approved by BPI.
4. Employees of BPI are disqualified from this exclusive offer.
5. To claim the free pandapro subscription, Customers must go to www.foodpanda.ph or download the foodpanda mobile app on the App Store or Google Play and proceed with the following steps:
- Sign up or Log in
- Tap the “hamburger menu” on the upper left
- Choose “Become a pandapro”
- Select plan
- Tap “Apply a voucher” and input applicable subscription code.
- Pay using a qualified BPI credit card. Discount is applied to the total purchase upon checkout.
6. By applying for a BPI Credit Card, customers authorize BPI to share their personal information to its service providers for the purposes of processing their application and communicating with the customers regarding the credit card application.
7. Customers will be notified by BPI of their application status via SMS in the official number indicated in the online credit card application form.
8. Customers will receive the pandapro subscription code via electronic mail (“e-mail”) fifteen (15) banking days from receipt of the credit card application approval SMS. BPI will send the e-mail to the official email address indicated in the online credit card application form.
9. Processing of application for a BPI Credit Card will follow BPI’s standard bank process and policies.
10. The pandapro subscription code is valid immediately upon receipt of the Customer.
11. The pandapro subscription code is not convertible to cash and may not be exchanged with any other product or service.
12. The pandapro subscription code may only be used once.
13. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the Customers' availment of the BPI Credit Card, the decision of the BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves foodpanda and its performance and/or delivery of services to customers, including the application of the pandapro subscription code, subject to the Terms and Conditions set out, the decision of foodpanda with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
14. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and applicable laws.
15. BPI is not an agent of any of the participating merchants or outlets and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and services provided in foodpanda. All feedback regarding the quality of goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant or outlet.
16. Vouchers, discounts and promos and the use of the foodpanda platform shall likewise be governed by the foodpanda Terms of Use.
