This is way better than my last purchase at Jollibee Welcome Rotonda yesterday. Which took hours. I did not get the chance to rate it. 😔 So disappointed with foodpanda as it had to prioritize othe deliveries daw na mas malapit. if may kahati ako in 1 ride of deliveries I demand that rates for delivery be cheaper

I like the products. It's just that today i ordered 2 bottles of yougart in debit transactions. My order arrived with 1 item only. According to the delivery man, my order was modified because one of ltem i ordered was not available.
I'm actually upset when it arrives incomplete. If the item was really not available then they should
have called me or text for an options. Should i cancelled my order or i'll just change for available flavours. Custoner service wasn't apply. so disgusting.
Take into considerations on my part that in order to have an additional order, i have to pay for another delivery charge.
So disappointed. I don't know who's at fault. But nevertheless, i'm disappointed and feeling nadaya.
